Our Eco-minded Material

AgNW is a highly recyclable material that offers a more sustainable alternative to traditional electronic materials such as indium tin oxide (ITO). ITO is known for being difficult and expensive to recycle. AgNW can be easily recycled and reused. Its recyclability makes it an attractive option for eco-conscious manufacturers and consumers.

Our process is a water-based process, the waste generated by the process is minimal and can be easily disposed of through simple methods like activated carbon adsorption and alkaline treatment. This is in contrast to oil-based coatings, which generate large amounts of waste gases that are costly and difficult to treat.

AgNW has a lower resistance than ITO, which means that it can conduct electricity more efficiently. AgNW can be used in flexible and transparent electrodes, which have the potential to revolutionize the design of electronic devices and further enhance their energy efficiency.

AgNWs can be synthesized using low-cost and eco-friendly methods, such as polyol synthesis, which greatly reduces their carbon footprint. In contrast, ITO requires a high temperature and vacuum environment during fabrication, which consumes a significant amount of energy and emits greenhouse gases.
