Solvent-Free Anti-Corrosion Adhesive
Solvent-Free Anti-Corrosion Adhesive (RE-5024) is a One Component Thermo-Setting material which is designed to Anti-Corrosion and adhere to metal substrate, plastics and glass, etc. The main usages for RE-5024 are 1-Pack adhesive for wire bond devices, such as Tungsten Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Zirconia, Sapphire, etc. RE-5024 adheres to a wide range of substrates and the pot life can survive at least 2 days at Room Temperature though 1-Pack thermosetting system. RE-5024 is formulated to have superior workability, high tensile strength and fast curing.
